Snews is small light-weight content managment system for immediate articles writing and publishing. You can use it with any xhtml/css template. It is matter of inserting tags and uploading it to your server and off you go writing and publishing articles. It is very user-friendly and it comes with no fancy templates everyone is using. You make template or download some open source from www.oswd.org or from Snews Authors Website.

Follow documentation provided on Snews Website and become Internet publisher. I came across this great tool when i was searching for small cms over internet and God i am glad that i found it. I am using it on almost every new project since. It is worth thousands of dollars for amateur webmasters like me. Make sure to join Snews Forums. You can get all kind of mods for Snews there.
